    Nike+ 2014 Running Review

Nike+ sent me this video giving me a review for my runs in 2014. I didn’t log all of my miles and I didn’t have a good marathon year, but this is still a fun video. I am excited to see what 2015 brings. Not sure if I will run a marathon, but who knows!

  • Edinburgh – The End

    Edinburgh – The End

We arrived back in Edinburgh on Saturday night in time to see some Christmas decorations. Christmas in November? Yes! Then we enjoyed our last great day in the city of Edinburgh on Sunday.

  • St. Andrews

    St. Andrews

We took a stroll down to St. Andrews on our way back to Edinburgh. What a beautiful little town. FYI, if you like golf, it was invented here. Those pictures of the golf course, ya that is the oldest golf course. Kinda of cool even though I don’t play golf.

  • Nessie & Inverness

    Nessie & Inverness

We ventured on over to Loch Ness where we toured around the ruins of the Urquhart Castle. Nessie wasn’t spotted, but I am a believer. Ha! Then we took a little jaunt over to Inverness.

  • Grantown on Spey

    Grantown on Spey

I love that we were able to visit this little town up in the highlands. We even enjoyed a short evening with some locals. I know I don’t have any pictures of this little town, but the river was a beautiful walk.

  • Onto Stirling

    Onto Stirling

Stirling was a quiet little town with a chill in the air. The clouds had mostly disappeared. We were able to enjoy the beautiful Scottish land and another castle.

  • Edinburgh – The Beginning

    Edinburgh – The Beginning

Brent told you most of the story or at least a rundown of each day in Scotland. I’ll just share my photos and maybe a thought or two. I loved the old city, the colorful buildings and the cobblestone streets. It was a cloudy day, but we made the most of it. Must love coffee…

  • NYC Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island

NYC Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island

We woke up early on our last day in New York City. We made our way down to battery park where we would set off on a quick fairy ride over to the Statue of Liberty island and Ellis Island. I didn’t think that I would actually like seeing the Statue of Liberty so close,…

  • NYC Tall Buildings

    NYC Tall Buildings

Tall Buildings: There are a lot of these in the world and none in Montana. Some people have never seen mountains or anything in nature that is tall. I have grown up in the mountains and have loved looking out my window to see these beauties. I have also had the opportunity to see the…

  • NYC Farmer’s Market

    NYC Farmer’s Market

You can miss out on so many things by taking the subway in New York City. Like this farmer’s market we stubbled upon as we made our way up towards Times Square. We took off on Saturday morning on foot hoping to find a near by coffee shop. Most things were still closed even though…

  • NYC Sights

    NYC Sights

There are so many sights to see in NYC. Where do you begin? A nice long walk is a good place to start. We came across buildings and parks that we didn’t even think of seeing. We came across areas that we would have missed while riding underground on the subway. There are so many…

  • New York City Lights

    New York City Lights

Now we didn’t spend much time taking picture at night, but that is because we didn’t bring a tripod nor did we feel up to it. We had some pretty long days in New York with walking 14 miles on Saturday, then my marathon on Sunday and about an 11 mile walk on Monday before…
