Okay, so some of you non-facebook people have probably wondered if I have dropped off the face of the planet. If it wasn’t for Jess mentioning me every once and a while in a post, I would start to wonder to. The answer to the question of what I’ve been up to is a pretty long one, but to be quick I’ll sum it up in just a few words. We have, for the last year, been a part of Venture Church. Now Venture itself is but a year old, and if you put those together you can sum up that we have been going there from the beginning, since the second service actually. It has been a blast! Jess and I have done more, grown more and generally lived more since being a part of that community of people. And since we love our Venture family, we spend an exorbitant amount of time involved with them and our community. For my part, I have taken on the church’s website and a decent portion of their media, and I love it and wish that I could spend more time doing it. I also help out with sound and occasionally play guitar in the band, both thing I love to do.
