Several weeks back, Brent and I headed up to the mountains to try and make it to Hyalite Lake. With many attempts before, we didn’t know how the day would end. I was just over 20 weeks pregnant, but excited to get a long hike in. The waterfalls are always gorgeous which made it a beautiful hike. I am not going to lie, I was disappointed by the lake. This lake that we have been trying to get to for years was underwhelming. Oh well. At least now I know what it looks like and I’ve been there. I would however recommend hiking it for all the waterfalls.
