What a day today! First off, today is the day that we celebrate Jesus rising from the dead! What an amazing God to send his son to die on the cross for our sins! Another cool thing is that we get to celebrate this day and live our lives for him.
We started our morning serving at Venture where we were able to impact people’s lives. After several hours of serving our Lord, we were able to come home and hang out in the sun. We had our first sunny Easter that we have had for a few years. We then went over to our good friend’s house where we threw the ham in the oven and proceeded to hang out in the fresh air! 60 degree weather on the last day of March. We played some corn hole, (just for you Brendon) bean bag toss, and ate our meal outside. We watched the kids do a quick egg hunt and then the wind picked up. After hanging out inside for a while, we decided to go start a campfire. What a lovely way to end a great day! I hope you all enjoyed you holiday and were able to celebrate our risen savior!
