It’s been nearly a year since I went on a trip to Nepal and while late, I finally did a recap video. Now this is just a piece of the work, with more to come later. It was great to relive my time there. I went there with my good friend Andy Holm to trial run a dream of ours to make an organization that helps businesses that are dedicated to reaching into their respective communities and making an impact.
We spent a week with Faithworks Nepal, a decades old backpack company in the Kathmandu valley. They started, not to make a product, but to help provide jobs in the community. The whole family is an amazing example of people who care desperately for their country and community. Today, they continue to provide jobs for a handful of sewers and bag makers in Patan.
It took me nearly a year to get this out, but expect more in the coming weeks as I release new videos about this and other endeavors I’m working on. Exciting times! Exciting times indeed!
