About an hour ago, Jess and I landed in Nashville. Our purpose for coming here is two-fold. First and foremost, we are here to see my brother and his family. Second, we are here to run a race. Jess is signed up to run the full marathon at the St. Judes Country Music Rock’N’Roll marathon and I am signed up for the half. The race is on Saturday, and it is early, so it shouldn’t impede on some quality family time.
The last time that I was here, I was helping my brother move to Nashville from Portland, OR. I didn’t get to experience much of the area as we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, the day prior to my departure back to Bozeman. This time, we get nearly a full week to soak it in!
