Elijah’s First Parade
Last weekend was The Dalles Cherry Festival. Brent was on call for the weekend, so we decided to spend the weekend close to town. That turned out to be a good thing since he had to go in 3 times and once was in the middle of the night. Being on call is so much fun! I even get to enjoy those 1:30 am wake up calls. Ha! Moving along. Brent didn’t get to join us for the parade till the very end, but Elijah sure did enjoy looking at all the different floats, horses, and people passing by in front of us. I enjoyed watching him react to the different sights and sounds. He loved loved the horses the most. I think they were also my favorite part of the parade.
