Last night, Jess and I, along with some other friends took the opportunity to revise a college tradition. While living in family and graduate housing at MSU, we would regularly get together for an international cuisine night. It was a great time to pull out some recipes or perhaps try something new, but it mostly a great time to hang out with friends. As Jess has stated in her post leading up to this occasion, some of the group moved away after college, but have since made their way back to Bozeman in the last year. The country we chose for the main dishes was The Philippines. The was great is it has been just over a year since our visit to that wonderful country! The spread was delicious as well as diverse.
